Since more than one year has medipac been busy designing and building the first new mf120 tube filler.

Again we made a review of potential improvements to our existing product line and the new mf120 is the first step to a new generation of tube filling machines made by medipac.

Among other features does the mf120 have a product chain which not have to be replaced when changing format, a new touchless level control and last but not least a new removable tube hub with 4 parallel infeed slots. With this feature is both speed and availability improved.

The mf120 is also equipped with a parallel infeed and outfeed which makes simultaneous operating of the filling cycle, the capping and control cycle and the outfeed cycle possible. With this solution have we been able to increase the output with 70% compared with the mf70 but still keeping approximately the same footprint. Doing this we have created the most compact tube filler in its capacity range!
